Delivery & Returns
As an independently owned business every order is important to us, we pack each order ourselves and we do our best to give you a fast and efficient service.
Standard UK 1-3 day delivery £4.99
(Items are despatched Monday - Friday before 3pm)
Orders are NOT processed on Saturdays, Sundays & UK Bank Holidays
We use UPS, DPD and Royal Mail for all our deliveries depending on location.
We will provide a tracking number for your order, please check your spam if you have not received it or contact us for further support
If your order is not quite as you hoped and If you would like to return an item our policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If there is an error with your order you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue for you or provide a solution. If you do not notify us we reserve the right to revert to our usual terms of return.
All full priced orders placed from 01/12/23 will have an extended return period until 05-01-24 for a refund.
Any sale orders placed from 01/12/23 will be eligible for a refund until 29-12-23 or 14 days (whichever is greater)
Any sale orders placed after 24/12/23 will have 14 days as per usual policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must also be in the original packaging. Sale Items may also be returned.
Non- returnable items: Earrings, Make Up, Fragrance & Gift Cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Books with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

As a small, independent business we currently do not offer free returns, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will then issue your refund to your original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
